INFORMATION SAFETY

What not to include

Tickets may include your username, platform name, route region, on-screen message and order status. Do not submit your account password, full subscription URL or payment credentials. If support needs more details, continue in the existing ticket rather than splitting the same issue across unidentified channels.

For common import and connection steps, start with Guides. To compare regions, direct connections, relays and IEPL dedicated routes, see server and route details. If the cause is still unclear, add the troubleshooting steps you have completed to a ticket.
