Scope and Processing Principles

Different features require different information; if a feature is not used, this general policy does not automatically create data related to it.

Registration does not require an email address. Users create an account with a username and password. VPNWJ does not require an email for registration or collect one as a condition of account creation. If a user voluntarily provides additional information in a ticket, it is used only to handle that request.

Data Collected and Its Uses

For accounts, VPNWJ processes usernames, authentication information, plan status, and summarized traffic usage for login verification, subscription delivery, traffic measurement, and account security. For orders, it retains selected items, the amount due, payment status, refund status, and necessary transaction references to verify payments, process refunds, resolve order disputes, and meet accounting obligations.

The website may collect analytics such as page visits, referring pages, browser type, device type, and error events. This data helps confirm that pages work properly, identify compatibility issues, and improve content structure. It is not used to create records of the specific websites a user visits through international routes. Ticket content, attachments, and handling records submitted by users are used only for issue diagnosis, service communication, and necessary dispute records.

No-Logs Position and Connection Data

VPNWJ does not record which websites users access through the service, retain communications content, or create long-term connection logs that could reconstruct an individual's browsing history. When establishing sessions, calculating traffic, and troubleshooting faults, the routing system may temporarily process necessary technical data such as connection times, route selection, session status, and usage.

Temporary technical data is retained only for as long as needed to keep the service running or address a specific fault, then deleted or de-identified when the purpose is complete. Traffic summaries shown in an account are used for plan measurement and handled separately from specific browsing content. When a user requests troubleshooting assistance, VPNWJ reviews only the minimum information needed to resolve the issue.

Cookies, Local Storage, and Payment Processing

The website may use cookies or browser local storage to save login status, interface preferences, language selection, and necessary session identifiers. These data maintain selected settings and the state of the user panel. After browser data is cleared, login status and related preferences may need to be set again.

Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT payments are processed by the relevant third-party payment or transaction services. During payment, those third parties process the information required to complete the transaction under their own rules. VPNWJ receives verification details such as the order number, amount, and payment result, but does not directly control the independent data processing activities of third parties. Users should also review the privacy terms of their chosen payment service.

Data Retention, Protection, and Deletion

Account data is retained while the account remains active. Order and refund records are kept for as long as needed to complete settlement, handle disputes, and meet applicable obligations. Ticket data is retained while requests and necessary follow-up checks are handled. Analytics are stored in aggregated or de-identified form. When the relevant purpose ends, data is deleted, anonymized, or separated from identifiable accounts.

VPNWJ uses access controls, transmission safeguards, and internal-use restrictions to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. Users may sign in to the user panel and submit a ticket to request access to, correction of, or deletion of data associated with their account. Deletion requests are processed after account ownership is verified. Records that must be retained by law or to handle unresolved matters are deleted after the relevant obligation ends.

Policy Updates and Privacy Requests

This policy may be updated when service features, data practices, or applicable requirements change. New versions will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top of the page will be changed. Significant changes involving data use or user rights may also be announced through the user panel.

To submit a privacy request, ask about the purpose of specific data, or report a processing concern, sign in to the user panel and submit a ticket. The request should identify the relevant account data and the action requested, but should not include sensitive content unrelated to the issue.
