These terms establish the basic rules for accessing and using VPNWJ cross-border network acceleration services. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or continuing to use the service, you confirm that you have read and agree to follow these terms.

Scope and Acceptance

These terms apply to the VPNWJ website, user panel, clients, and international routes provided by the service. Users must have the capacity required to enter into and perform these terms. When an account is managed by someone else, the account holder remains responsible for ensuring that actual users understand and follow these terms.

These terms, together with the privacy policy and refund policy published on the website, form the rules governing use of the service. Where another document provides specific rules for a particular matter, that document takes precedence; matters not specifically addressed will be handled under these terms.

Service Content and Scope

VPNWJ provides network acceleration subscriptions for cross-border access and access to international websites, covering 120+ countries / 240+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available routes, connection methods, and client features are determined by what the user panel displays at the time of use.

The service is intended to improve connection paths between different networks and does not represent control over any third-party website, application, or content. Third-party services may change access rules, regional policies, or technical interfaces, so access to specific content remains affected by the target service and the network environment at the user's location.

Account and Subscription Use

No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Users must keep their login credentials secure and are responsible for subscription management, route usage, and other activity conducted through their accounts. If credentials appear compromised or account activity differs from expectations, users should change their password promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel.

There is no limit on the number of devices online at the same time for one account, but the account may only be used by the account holder and devices within their reasonable management scope. Login credentials or subscription information must not be publicly shared. Accounts, route access, and subscription content may not be resold, rented, split for separate sale, or distributed in bulk to unspecified parties.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is calculated based on the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. The user panel record determines the applicable subscription status, remaining traffic, and upgrade result.

Compliant Use Requirements

Users must follow the laws and regulations of their location and of any region connected to their use of the service, and must independently determine whether specific activity complies with applicable rules. The service must not be used to infringe the rights of others, access systems without authorization, distribute malicious programs, commit fraud, disrupt network operations, or engage in other unlawful activity.

Users must not affect service operation through automated abuse, malicious consumption of route resources, attacks on infrastructure, or attempts to avoid normal billing mechanisms. Account restrictions, content disputes, and other consequences arising from a user's use of third-party websites, applications, or content must be handled by the user under the applicable third-party rules.

Service Availability and Liability

International routes may be affected by carrier changes, network congestion, equipment maintenance, changes to target service policies, and events beyond reasonable control. VPNWJ may adjust available nodes, connection methods, or related features based on route quality, compliance requirements, and maintenance needs, and may publish notices on the website or user panel where appropriate.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is not liable beyond the scope required by law for connection problems or losses caused by third-party service interruptions, incorrect user device configuration, improper safeguarding of account credentials, or failure to follow operating instructions. Users should assess route suitability for their own purposes and maintain independent backups of important materials.

Termination, Changes, and Refund Guidance

If an account involves unlawful use, resale or sharing, malicious consumption of resources, interference with service operation, or another serious breach of these terms, VPNWJ may restrict relevant features, suspend service, or terminate the account. Depending on the risk and impact, a review may be conducted before action is taken. Where circumstances are urgent or continued service could increase the impact, access may be restricted first.

These terms may be revised due to changes in service scope, applicable rules, or operating arrangements. Updated terms will be published on this page with the latest update date. Changes that materially affect user rights or obligations will receive appropriate notice through the website or user panel. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
